What couriers do you use for local shipping?

We ship through J&T Express or Flash Express, whichever is available at the time of packing ✧

How long does it take to ship out orders?

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 working days after payment or order confirmation.

What payment methods do you use?

You can pay via Gcash, Maya, Bank Deposit.

We also offer COD for orders ₱500 and below, with a ₱20 COD service fee.

We'll email you an invoice right after you order. We’ll start processing your order once your payment is confirmed.

How much is the shipping fee?

Our shipping rates are based on your order amount:

₱70 for orders ₱250 and below

₱55 for orders above ₱250

₱45 for orders ₱500–₱800

Free shipping for orders above ₱800 ♡

Can I change my order details after placing them?

Please send a message right away so I can check if it’s still possible! Once packed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes anymore.
